Ask MID experiencing issues

It has been reported in the news that the Ask MID service has been reporting vehicles as uninsured.

Am I insured?

The police use the AskMID database to check whether vehicles in the UK are insured, and this service has been experiencing technical issues on Saturday the 23rd September.

If you have taken out a Zixty policy, and have an email from us, then you don’t need to worry.

Simply download the Zixty app, and if you’re stopped by the police, show them your Zixty documents in the app.
